June Member of the Month

Our HR-PAGE June Member of the Month is Carolyn Zapata, the Director of Human Resources at CareArc in Emporia, Kansas. She has a masters degree in Human  Resources from Ottawa University and she plans on taking the SHRM-CP certification exam here soon! Carolyn is the mother of two very active kiddos, and some of her hobbies include reading, writing poetry, and doing anything with arts and crafts. When asked about what her favorite part of being an HR-PAGE member is she mentioned that she is "anxious to learn from those who have been in the profession longer than myself. I am also looking for that conradery from others who experience the same things I do daily." She looks forward to learning from her fellow HR-PAGE members as she knows that their experience will be an invaluable source of knowledge for her along her HR journey!
