Member of the Month - April 2022

Tara Lierz is the Human Resources Business Associate with Hill's Pet Nutrition. Tara received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in HR from Emporia State University. She recently received her SHRM-CP certification in December of 2021. Tara’s advice to those who are pursuing their SHRM-CP is that while studying to “try and connect it with what you already do in your job.” In her free time, she enjoys visiting the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve, drinking lots of coffee, and serving in her local church! One of her favorite things about being an HR Page member is getting to network with other HR professionals and community members in the area.
