Member of the Month - February 2022

Courtney Cates works at Crosswinds where she is the HR Director. She  has been a member of HR-PAGE since 2019. She currently serves as a Programming Chair for the Programming Committee. When asked what one of her favorite things about being an HR-PAGE member, she responded with “I love getting to know everyone and being a part of our HR community.” Courtney also holds a SHRM-CP certification and her advice for anyone pursuing a SHRM certification is “highly recommending finding a study group prior to taking the exam, having a group to work through the learning system with was very beneficial.”
