Speaker:
Darlene Stone, CHHR, SHRM-SCP, joined Stormont Vail in 2017 as the senior vice president and chief human resources officer. In April of this year Darlene took on new responsibilities and a new role adding marketing/communications and the patient experience to become the first senior vice president and chief experience resources officer at Stormont Vail Health, an integrated health system in Topeka, Kansas.
In her role, Darlene is responsible for developing and executing team member, provider and patient experience strategies. Her passion to provide an outstanding experience to our patients in the communities we serve and provide a best in class experience for the team members and providers that care for our patients each and every day.
