    Join us for October's chapter meeting. We will have Phil Hayes, aka "The Godfather of UI in Kansas," as our guest speaker and he will be giving an update on unemployment in Kansas, "Undersatnding Recent UI Reforms Impacting KS Employers - Big Changes Coming in 2025."

    Phillip M. With over 25 years of business and HR experience and he has been recognized as the Wichita and the Kansas HR Professional of the Year.

    He engages with clients to strengthen their HR programs, objectives, goals, and effectiveness by delivering tailored workforce solutions that leverage his expertise in employment, compensation, culture, and business management. He also remains active in legislative priorities pertaining to state HR policy and specifically in the unemployment arena, where he serves on several councils and boards and has received the Father Becker Award for his major contributions to UI research and transformative impact in the state of Kansas.
