About Our Guest Speaker - 

Aaron West is a Certified EOS Implementer. He was born and raised on a family farm and his son will be the 5th generation owner of this farm - something he is very proud of. He learned a couple of things in this experience of growing up on a farm... 1) how to work hard and 2) the value of a dollar. Aaron landed a job as Project Manager for a construction company and a few years later, he got the opportunity to buy the company and founded EOS around the same time. Aaron sold the company two years later. After working as project manager and integrator of a large nationwide general contractor, as well as 5 startup companies, Aaron realized he was burned out and working way too much. To regain balance, he started looking for things that brought him joy and fulfillment in his career. He realized he loved building teams, and he loved EOS, so he decided to exit construction for good. Aaron then set off into the world to help companies, help build teams, and help others not make the same mistakes.
