    The presentation description is

    Discussion of the current state of workers compensation law in Kansas including review of recent cases, legislative activity, and statistical review of claims.  We will also look forward as to what to expect during the 2024 Legislature.

    Three learning objectives:

    1. Understand the current state of workers compensation law in Kansas;
    2. Review how the workers compensation system works and how it impacts Kansas employers; and
    3. Evaluate trends and legislative opportunities in Kansas workers compensation.
