We will have guest speaker Jennifer Kurth, Assistant Vice President at Brown & Brown in the Wichita, KS office and her presentation on COVID-19 and it's effect on both current and future healthcare and what we are going to be watching going into 2023.
Prior to joining Hays Companies, Jennifer was Human Resources Manager with F&H Acquisition Group (dba Fox & Hound Restaurant Group) – a national, multi-state employer. She specializes in coordinating and executing daily account management and providing benefit analysis on employee benefit programs. Jennifer realizes the importance of effective communication to all levels in an organization in order to maintain trust. While at Fox & Hound, Jennifer managed all facets of the employee benefit programs and worked extensively with FMLA administration, COBRA administration and various elements of ACA.
Her responsibilities include managing client accounts and providing advice in the areas of plan design, plan funding, carrier negotiations / vendor management, wellness program strategies and implementation and employee communications. She assists clients with linking their benefit decisions to the overall business strategy.
