    What is unconscious bias? How do HR professionals handle unconcious bias? Ignoring it won't make it go away. Instead, we need to better understand unconscious bias so that we can deal with it accordingly. In this presentation, Kyle B. Russell will discuss with us how we as HR professionals need to be handling unconscious bias in order to manage our company's risk and maximize our company's success.

    About the Speaker: 

    Kyle B. Russell is with JacksonLewis P.C. and is the Office Managing Principal in the Overland Park, KS and Kansas City, MO offices.
