Data is something that we are constantly dealing with on a day to day basis. So why aren't we taking advantage of the usefulness that data can have within our Human Resources departments?
In this presentation:
- Participants will get to see over 30 formulas that make use of data points.
- Participants will get to see how those 30 formulas increase the effectiveness of a Human Resources department.
- Participants will learn tips on how to speak and work with their financing department.
About the Speaker:
Norm Johnson is the Human Resources Manager at Giant Communications, Inc., KS. He has seven years' experience in the Human Resources field and holds a master's degree in Business Administration. He serves on the Topeka SHRM Board of Directors. His areas of specialty are data analytics, training, and performance management.
