    Presentation:

In today’s highly competitive business environment, it’s more important than ever to develop an employee benefits program that attracts and retains the best talent while simultaneously managing risk and controlling expenses. But that’s a challenging combination when you face rapidly rising medical costs, changing healthcare legislation, and conflicting expectations from senior management, employees, human resources, and finance.

In this presentation, we will discuss some key factors that affect the value your employees (and employer) get from your benefits program. Topics will include:

    • Group Health Insurance: What Options Are Actually Out There?
      • Insurance Carriers & Third Party Administrators (TPA’s)
    • Employee Benefits Brokers/Agents/Consultants
      • Best In Class Services & Resources
      • Broker Fees & Price Range
    • Emerging Employee Benefits Strategies
